Dial-Up Your Performance
Understand the 8 Training Types
STOP WASTING YOUR OWN TIME:
- Get the maximum result from each training session.
- Know and understand the goal of each session;
- WHAT it will do for you,
- WHY it is important and
- HOW you should do it.
- Track and monitor your progress effectively.
- Know WHAT and HOW to change when your improvement slows down.
- Understand your racing strategy and know how to optimise it, against that of your competition.
Unleash Your Performance
Look closely at this picture.
When you train correctly, you move your body from the dial on the left - to the dial on the right.
When you are conditioned like the dial on the right, you will Race Faster.
Simple as that!
This course will show you HOW to stretch each of these zones.
It is vital that YOU become the expert who understands YOUR body.
You need to understand HOW and WHY your body responds the way it does to the different types of training.
The difference between having this understanding compared to blindly following “some program” is immense.
Over time, this impact grows and grows because:
- Once you understand how this works, you can improve and optimise your training to suit the way your body responds.
- It is SO much easier to motivate yourself to perform a given training session (at the correct intensity and pace) when you understand why you are doing the session compared to simply doing it because it is “on the program.”
Over days, weeks and months, this advantage snowballs and will quickly become the most powerful competitive edge you have.
Are you ready to go faster?
Let me show you how you can improve an additional 17% over the next 12 months!
Just imagine what (an additional) 17% could do...
Sadly, many athletes are prepared to risk their long-term health for a 5%-10% advantage obtained from taking harmful substances.
Please stay away from taking these! YOU DO NOT NEED IT.
Medical terminology is for medical professionals - not for athletes.
The idea of reading complicated sport physiology medical papers scares most athletes.
RELAX - this 2- hour video course will explain what you need to know in simple, practical terms.
- I will show you at what intensity (heart-rate) you should perform each session.
- I will use the Dial to make everything practical and easy to understand.
- You will understand how different training types build on and support each other.
- You will know how to adjust your program to improve your weak points or boost your strong points leading up to a major competition.
- I will begin to explain during what part of your season you should be focussing on which type of training.
- You will know how to build up to a racing peak that will see you deliver your best performances when it matters.
Can you afford to keep training sub-optimally and to keep wasting your own time?

Think how easy it is to spend more than $89 on a single race weekend.
Now, imagine the long-term benefit you get from the $89 you will spend on this course.
Why only $89?
When you see what other programs cost (have a look below), you may be asking how and why I offer the course at such a low price?
I can do it because I do not have to pay commissions and internet marketers.
There is just me and you.
What About Other Programs?
To get this information elsewhere, you would need to find a sports physician or an experienced coach to help you understand what I teach.
Most Sport Physicians, Physiotherapists, , Biokinetics Practitioners, Professional Coaches and even Personal Trainers charge an initial screening (consultation) fee of between $50 and $80.
After this first consultation, typical hourly rates vary between $50 up to $150 (often even more in the case of Specialists).
The combined cost for the initial consultation and a couple of subsequent visits quickly add up to hundreds of dollars!
OK, but what about alternative on-line coaching courses?
There are multiple on-line training resources available that sell training plans and various forms of coaching (some are very good).
But the biggest difference between my course and these other courses is that I am teaching you how fish - while others are giving you a fish.
Leaving this crucial difference aside for the moment, let’s simply look at the cost of some of the prominent programs out there.
Below I have collected some screenshots showing typical pricing.
I have removed brand names to stay within local advertising regulations (direct competitive advertising is not allowed in my country).
Option 1
Option 1 above shows the cost of various coaching plans. These plans include (different) subscriptions to a popular on-line training plan tracker.
Note how this STARTS at $150 per month – and could easily stretch to $340 or even $525 PER MONTH!! This will add up to a cost of between $1 800 and $6 300 per year!!
Let’s look at some others.
Option 2
These guys provide a very popular on-line training tracker.
They offer services similar to what Strava (one of many) provides for free - with additional functionality once you begin paying for the service.
You will note the lowest tier for this service is free – but the premium product is what many people end up getting.
The cost ranges anywhere from $119 to $ 239.40 per year depending on your payment plan.
But that is not all.
Most people struggle to figure out how to use this system. As a result, they offer two training programs that teach you how to use the system – the cost of each of these training programs is $99 - i.e. $198 for both.
This means that your first year is likely to cost $ 317 (2 x $99 plus at least $119 if you take the annual payment plan).
But wait – there is more…
At this stage you will have acquired the knowledge to use the system and you will have paid for 12 months of system use.
But you still need a training program.
Fortunately, there are many programs on offer that are designed to work really well with this system. Each of these programs can be bought for a price that typically ranges between $15 up to $99. (see below for examples).
By my calculation you will now have spent around $332 - $416 during the first year.
To keep using the system, you will need to spend an additional minimum of $119 per year for subsequent years.
Then, if you want to try different training programs (to find that elusive one that works best for you), you need to buy (and test) these as well.
This means the annual cost is likely to be at least $ 144 – but could easily be up to $ 218 or more.
Not only will you be spending well over $140 each year, you will also lose so much time searching for the “right” program.
Compare this against $89 ONCE-OFF
– Completely RISK-FREE.
If this is not a good deal, I don't know what is!
